🔁 Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy

In order to provide the best possible service to our customers as authorized distributors, we would like to clarify our policies regarding sales, returns, exchanges, and warranty.

⏱️ First: Time Frame

Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within (7) days from the date of receiving the product, provided that the product is:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused
  • With all original accessories and packaging

💻 Second: Subscriptions & Digital Products (Important)

❗ No Returns After Activation

The customer acknowledges and agrees that digital products cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been activated or delivered. This includes:

  • Software subscriptions
  • Software activations
  • Digital codes

This policy applies once the activation is completed or the code has been sent to the customer, due to the nature of digital products which are instantly consumable.

⚠️ Compatibility Responsibility

The customer is fully responsible for ensuring the compatibility of the following before completing the purchase:

  • Subscription
  • Software update
  • Program

with their device model or vehicle type.

🛡️ Third: Device Warranty Policy (As Authorized Dealers)

As authorized dealers for the manufacturers, all devices are covered under the manufacturer's warranty with the following terms:

Warranty Period

Devices are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty for one (1) or two (2) years, depending on the device type and manufacturer.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

  • Misuse
  • Physical damage or impact
  • Exposure to liquids or moisture
  • Attempting to open or repair the device by unauthorized service centers
  • Use of non-original chargers or accessories
  • Tampering with the device's operating system

Warranty Procedure

In case of a manufacturing defect:

  1. The device will be inspected by our technical team.
  2. If the defect is confirmed, the device will be:
    • Repaired, or
    • Replaced

according to the manufacturer’s global warranty policy.

❌ Fourth: Non-Returnable Cases (Physical Products)

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • If the original manufacturer packaging has been opened.
  • If the security seals or warranty stickers have been tampered with.
  • If the device has been used and connected to a vehicle, initiating the consumption of any included subscription.
  • If the defect resulted from customer negligence or improper handling.

🚚 Fifth: Shipping Costs & Fees

Return Without Manufacturing Defect

If the return request is not due to a manufacturing defect, the customer will be responsible for:

  • All shipping costs (both directions)
  • Any payment gateway administrative fees

Manufacturing Defect

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed:

  • The store will cover all shipping costs
  • The customer will receive repair or replacement, depending on the case.
